Frequently asked questions

How do I choose between two frameworks?
Pick by intent. STAR is for "what did you do?" answers. AIDA and PAS are for "do this thing." PREP is for "here's what I think." Pixar and PPF are for "here's the journey." Choose the one that matches what the moment is actually asking for.
How many frameworks should I really know?
Two or three, well. Most strong speakers cycle between STAR (interviews/stories), AIDA or PAS (pitches/persuasion), and PREP (opinions). Master those before chasing exotic ones.
Can I practise these with the AI coach?
Yes. Each framework page launches a coach session that scores you specifically against that framework's components.
